Red River Valley Brisket Rub

Red River Valley Brisket Rub – Steven Raichlen’s BBQ USA

1/2 cup garlic salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/4 cup sweet paprika
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon lemon pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir to mix. Actually, your fingers work better for mixing the rub than a spoon or whisk does.
