Slumber Party Pie

1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 cup frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 tube crescent rolls*
5 eggs
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbs. Parmesan cheese, grated

In a skillet, cook and crumble the sausage until browned; drain. Separate crescent roll dough into eight triangles and place on an ungreased 12″ round pizza pan with points towards center. Press over bottom and up sides to form crust; seal perforations. Spoon sausage over crust. Top with potatoes and cheddar cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; pour evenly over all. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

* I’ve also found that one recipe of Good Eats’ biscuit dough also does an excellent job.
