Salsa

2 14.5 oz cans tomatoes with chiles, drained
1/2 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp kosher salt
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp sugar
1 jalapeno, chopped
2 tsp hot sauce

Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pulse on low speed to desired consistency.
