Glenda Palmer’s Buffalo Chicken Dip

4 6 oz cans chicken breast
5 oz bottle Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup Ranch dressing

Add chicken and hot sauce to a pot and simmer over low heat to blend. Add the cheddar cheese, crema cheese, and Ranch dressing. Adjust to taste and dipping consistency. Serve with tortilla chips and wheat thins.
