Cole Slaw

Cole Slaw

1 16 oz package cole slaw mix
2 tbsp onion, diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup white distilled vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss to coat. Refrigerate the mixture for several hours to allow the slaw to marinade in the dressing. Serve with a slotted spoon.
