Greek Pasta Salad

13.5 oz box whole wheat rotini pasta, cooked
15 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 cucumber, diced
4 oz crumbled feta cheese
1 medium red onion, diced
1/2 cup kamalata olives, halved
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, and black pepper. Add cooked pasta, tomatoes, red peppers, feta cheese, red onion, olives, and cucumber. Toss until evenly coated. Cover, and chill 2 hours or overnight.
